Spread out over two plants in the MIDC- Bhosari area in Pune, ALBAJ has the infrastructural facilities to execute both in house fabrication of process equipment, as well as on-site turnkey orders for design, supply, fabrication, erection, and commissioning of industrial boilers for process and power generation, as well as utility piping for all pressure vessels, site fabricated storage tanks, oil and gas installations, firefighting systems, etc. We also pride ourselves on providing prompt after sales service, at any instance of an SOS call from our customers.

Identified storage space for different Electrodes / Filler wire with sizes and classifications.
Identified storage area for Empty and Full industrial gases like Argon, CO2 and O2.

Machinery and Equipment

Fixed & portable Drilling Machine.
FCAW, GTAW, SMAW Welding machines to produce high quality, defect free welding.
Electrode Baking and Electrode Holding Oven.
Plasma and Oxygen gas Cutting Machine for plate and pipe cutting.
In-house rolling facility gives us an edge over the conventional fabrication shop philosophy. Our in-house rolling machine is hydraulically operated with pre-punching facility that can roll up to 2500 mm OD and 30 mm thickness plate.
We have an in-house pipe bending machine that can bend up to 65NB Sch 40 pipes as long as 8000 mm.
Equipped with our own radioactive source, and a dark room for interpretation, we are successfully able to carry out in-house RT + NDT testing, which we also provide as an additional service to our customers.
Leak-test (Pneumatic, hydro-static) + Surface treatment + Heat-treatmen.
